Command Motel

Motel rooms with one bed for one person start at $32 per day, plus the applicable sales taxes from the state, county and city governments.  Rooms with one bed for two persons start at $35 per day plus taxes.

Motel rooms with two beds for two persons start at $40 per day, plus taxes from the state, county and city governments.  Each extra person is ten more dollars per day, up to four persons total.

Weekly rates on motel rooms are usually five times the daily rate.  This is a pretty good discount.  The weekly rent, however, has to be all paid in advance and cannot be applied to previous days of occupation.

Extended stay units (efficiency apartments) in the rear building start at $160 for one person per week, plus $50 deposit which is refundable at the time of checking out.  For two persons it is $170 per week.  These units are not available on daily basis.

Strictly, there are no refunds once the key is handed over to the customer.  Rates are liable to change at any time without notice.  The establishment has a right to refuse services to anyone.  It is also not responsible for any loss of property, so please safeguard your belongings.
